**The Role**
As a Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms. You'll be representing one of our clients, a Business Coach, and speaking on their behalf on their social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs to potential clients, and you'll be working closely with our teams to achieve this objective.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Starting new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
* Follow-ups with existing leads (2 hours/day)
* Organic account growth (2 hours/day)
* Replying to active leads and closing sales (1.5 hours/day)
* Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes/day)
**Qualifications and Skills**
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
* Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
* Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
* Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
* High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong motivation and drive for sales

Our compensation package includes:
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
* Training Stage: $150-$300
* Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
* Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
* Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
