**The Role**
As an Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be responsible for:
* Starting new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
* Following up with leads and closing sales (2 hours/day)
* Growing your social media presence and engaging with your audience (2 hours/day)
* Replying to active leads and closing sales (1.5 hours/day)
* Managing and communicating with your team (30 minutes/day)
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive results
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
* Utilize social media platforms to engage with your audience and drive growth
* Collaborate with our client success team to achieve shared goals
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media sales
**Essential Qualifications**
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
* Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
* Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours/weekend)
* Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
* Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
* High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and being challenged daily
