Our consumer-friendly interface and decision support tools are designed to simplify the enrollment process, making it easier for people to access the healthcare they need. **The Role** As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that's both personalized and supportive. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support to ensure that our customers have a seamless and stress-free experience. Your primary focus will be on helping customers navigate the health insurance enrollment process, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Manage customer accounts, updating information and resolving issues as needed. - Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality standards. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues. - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing projects and updates. - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines. - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. **Essential Qualifications** - 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated and private workspace - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** - Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers **What We Offer** - Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 - $17.50 per hour - Paid training and onboarding program - Full-time, seasonal role with opportunities for career growth and advancement - Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to base pay - The convenience of working from home, with a dedicated and private workspace - Collaborative and supportive team environment - 401K match and individual coverage HRA (ICHRA) - Paid time off (PTO) **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
