Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Entering application data accurately and efficiently * Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities * Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism * Comfort working from home, with a self-motivated and success-driven attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities * Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be beneficial.
