Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager at Starbucks Reserve Roastery Chicago, you'll be responsible for driving business success, building high-performing teams, and creating a welcoming and inclusive store environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales growth and revenue through effective business acumen, expertise, and problem-solving skills
- Developing and leading a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and talent development
- Inspiring and motivating others to achieve their best and drive results through teamwork and collaboration
- Building strong relationships with the local community to create meaningful moments and experiences for our customers and partners
- Managing store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and store maintenance
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Retail or customer service management experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions that drive business results
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to work in the country
Preferred Qualifications

- US Military service experience
