**Job Summary**
As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patrons, providing assistance with various questions and problems in customer service areas. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, performing basic cleaning responsibilities, and enforcing facility policies. **Key Responsibilities**
* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a positive and approachable atmosphere
* Assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas
* Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash removal, equipment maintenance, and laundry
* Special event set-up and operations
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies
* Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building
* Find a substitute when unavailable and complete assigned duties
**Essential Qualifications**
* Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment
* BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a recreation or fitness setting
* Knowledge of facility operations and safety protocols
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
