About Donate Or Surrogate
Donate Or Surrogate LLC is a boutique fertility agency specializing in surrogacy and egg donation. We provide a high-touch, personalized, and professional experience for intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors.
We are seeking an experienced Surrogate Recruiter who already understands the surrogacy industry and can help us identify, pre-screen, and move qualified surrogate candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate must have previous experience recruiting surrogates, egg donors, or candidates within fertility, third-party reproduction, women’s health, or a closely related field.
Role Overview
The Surrogate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, educating, pre-screening, and nurturing potential gestational surrogate candidates. This person will be the first point of contact for many women considering surrogacy, so the role requires professionalism, warmth, strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and excellent follow-up.
The ideal candidate should already understand basic surrogate eligibility requirements, candidate screening, recruitment pipelines, fertility agency standards, and how to communicate ethically and sensitively with potential surrogates.
Key Responsibilities
Surrogate Recruitment
Identify and recruit qualified surrogate candidates through referrals, social media, online communities, outreach campaigns, military spouse communities, mothers’ groups, and other recruitment channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to surrogate inquiries by phone, text, email, and social media.

Build trust with potential candidates while ensuring they understand the seriousness and responsibility of becoming a surrogate.
Candidate Pre-Screening
Conduct initial pre-screening calls with potential surrogate candidates.
Review basic eligibility criteria, including age, pregnancy history, delivery history, BMI, health background, lifestyle, insurance, support system, motivation, and availability.

Collect necessary information and documents to determine whether the candidate is suitable to move forward.
Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the company tracking system or CRM.
Follow up consistently with candidates from inquiry through application, profile development, and readiness for matching.
Ensure qualified candidates do not fall through the cracks due to lack of follow-up.
Provide weekly updates on recruitment activity, candidate pipeline, and qualified applicants.
Candidate Experience
Create a warm, professional, and supportive candidate experience.
Educate potential surrogates without pressuring them.
Communicate with sensitivity around pregnancy, compensation, medical history, family, and personal motivations.
Represent Donate Or Surrogate with professionalism, discretion, and care.
