**Key Responsibilities**
As a Technical Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing and confirming sales orders, monitoring and allocating inventory, and generating preorders to support timely warehouse operations.
* Accurately entering sales and service orders while responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Verifying commission rates, preparing commission statements, and ensuring timely distribution of reports and supporting documentation to sales representatives.
* Processing product returns, generating service tickets, and maintaining up-to-date records on repairs, replacements, and credit resolutions.
* Maintaining accurate customer data in the CRM system.
* Organizing documentation related to returns, product changes, pricing updates, and scheduling adjustments.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* 1-2 years of customer service, order entry, or sales support experience (manufacturing experience a plus).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
