**Responsibilities: Taking Ownership of Customer Support**
As a Technical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Strategizing customer service efforts to ensure seamless and efficient support
* Providing chat and email support to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
