**Key Responsibilities**
As a Technical Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Building strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
* Developing proactive strategies to maximize customer success and platform adoption, driving revenue through retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities
* Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on company tools, APIs, and integrations, providing expert guidance and support to customers
* Assisting customers with troubleshooting and development best practices, including front-end development challenges
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product adoption

**Essential Qualifications**
