As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing first-level technical solutions to customers, answering inbound queries, and building positive relationships with our clients. **Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* An associate's degree or certification from an accredited program in technical and/or clinical education
* Experience working with electronic documentation systems
* At least 2 years of experience in technical or clinical/medical device support roles
* Previous contact center experience is an asset

* Ability to type 30 wpm and pass our language/grammar screening
