**Responsibilities**
As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online interactions
* Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and arenaflex products and services
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Maintaining a broad knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
* Offering additional products and services to customers to enhance their overall experience
* Delivering expert customer experiences that exceed customer expectations
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
* Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and arenaflex products
* Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
* Be an amazing problem-solver
* Maintain broad knowledge of arenaflex products and/or services
* Offer additional products and/or services
* Deliver expert customer experiences
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
* Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule (night shift)
* Technical support experience is preferred, but not required
* High school diploma or GED
* Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
* High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
