If you're a customer-centric individual with a passion for technology and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online interactions * Resolve routine problems and questions regarding arenaflex's products and services * Build strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication * Utilize technical support skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical and customer service skills * Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Requirements** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a technical support or customer-facing role * Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule (night shift) * Technical support experience preferred, but not required * High school diploma or GED required * Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home * Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to prioritize tasks effectively * Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge * Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter) * High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone * Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence **Essential Qualifications** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical support experience in a customer-facing role * Experience with arenaflex's products and services * Certification in customer service or technical support * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences * Technical support skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
