**Role Overview**
As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Guest and reservation management: You'll be responsible for processing reservations, providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
* Virtual property management: You'll assist with platform management, housekeeping coordination, and arranging amenities to ensure our properties are always ready for guests.
* Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: You'll work closely with our cleaning teams to ensure properties are cleaned and ready for guests, and coordinate schedules to meet our high standards.
* Guest issue resolution: You'll address guest issues promptly and efficiently, resolving them in under 3 hours or ASAP to maintain our high review ratings.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Guest and reservation management:
+ Process reservations and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
+ Ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
* Virtual property management:
+ Assist with platform management, including Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.
+ Coordinate housekeeping and arrange amenities to ensure properties are always ready for guests.
* Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination:
+ Work closely with our cleaning teams to ensure properties are cleaned and ready for guests.
+ Coordinate schedules to meet our high standards.
* Guest issue resolution:
+ Address guest issues promptly and efficiently.
+ Resolve issues in under 3 hours or ASAP to maintain our high review ratings.
**Success Metrics**
* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 2 hours).
* Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency (less than 3 hours or ASAP).
* Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience.
* 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience.
* Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Airbnb customer service.
* Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed.
