**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
* Identify the answers to customer questions and provide solutions to problems, either independently or in collaboration with pharmacists
* Provide technical assistance to customers while browsing pharmacy.careerzynith.com
* Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring that we maximize our relationship with them
* Recognize that each customer interaction represents an opportunity to build a long-term relationship and deliver exceptional service
**Eligibility Criteria**
* Must live in the state of Arizona
* High school diploma or equivalent
* More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
* Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
* A high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or cable to the home (Fios or fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
* Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices
* Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and give full attention to the customer during work hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
* More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
* Communication skills (spoken and written)
* Experience working in a customer service or call center
* Work experience in the medical field
* Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team
