As a Senior Developer, you'll report to the OnBrand Production Director and be part of our In-House Creative agency, OnBrand. Our mission is to become the creative partner-of-choice for building seamless customer experiences across our Business Units, driving results and unlocking value through industry-defining creative excellence.
Responsibilities
As an Experienced Virtual Customer Care Chat Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing development for a range of multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Writing high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Producing, maintaining, and modifying digital experiences and user interfaces, collaborating with UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design.
- Ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are prioritized throughout project ideation and development.
- Developing an overall development approach and guiding other developers through execution to delivery, providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight.
- Partnering with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identifying patterns, and using learnings to optimize overall development processes.
- Ensuring all digital experiences align to industry standards and best practices, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex digital experiences and user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use principles.
