**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for managing the following platforms, tools, and systems:
* **Google Drive/Docs**: Manage and organize client data, documents, and files using Google Drive and Docs.
* **Helpscout**: Manage and respond to customer service emails using Helpscout, a leading customer service email platform.
* **Kajabi (or similar CRM platform)**: Manage and organize client data, contacts, and sales using Kajabi or a similar CRM platform.
* **Zapier**: Manage and automate workflows using Zapier, a leading automation platform.
* **Custom built backend site for our App**: Manage and maintain a custom built backend site for our App, using a variety of technologies and tools.
* **Apple Connect**: Manage and maintain our App's presence on the App Store using Apple Connect.
* **Google Play Console**: Manage and maintain our App's presence on the Google Play Store using Google Play Console.
* **Test Flight**: Manage and maintain our App's testing and quality assurance processes using Test Flight.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* **Experience in project management and customer service leadership**: A proven track record of managing projects and leading customer service teams.
* **Strong organizational skills**: The ability to manage multiple platforms, tools, and systems, and to prioritize tasks and deadlines.
* **Excellent communication skills**: The ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and team members.
* **Tech savvy**: The ability to learn and use new technologies and tools quickly.
* **Intuitively organized**: The ability to organize and manage data, files, and systems in a logical and efficient manner.
* **Detail oriented**: The ability to pay attention to detail and to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* **Experience with Kajabi or similar CRM platforms**: Experience managing and organizing client data, contacts, and sales using Kajabi or a similar CRM platform.
* **Experience with Zapier**: Experience managing and automating workflows using Zapier.
* **Experience with custom built backend sites**: Experience managing and maintaining custom built backend sites using a variety of technologies and tools.
