**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Fielding inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and assisting customers**: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers.
* **Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers**: Deliver a positive and engaging customer experience that meets or exceeds our clients' expectations.
* **Working efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment**: Collaborate with your team to achieve our goals and objectives.
* **Scheduling service appointments and answering basic inquiries as needed**: Provide timely and accurate support to our clients and their customers.
* **Gathering and updating customer and vehicle information**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle information.
* **Addressing customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives**: Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* **Conducting outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up)**: Engage with customers to promote our clients' services and products.
* **Strictly adhering to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts**: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
**Position Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
* **A quiet workplace, free from distractions**: Ensure a distraction-free environment that allows you to focus on your work.
* **High-speed internet and a compatible wired headset**: Meet our technical requirements to ensure seamless communication.

**Schedule and Availability**
