**Job Summary**
As an experienced virtual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests and vendors, leveraging AI-powered tools to deliver personalized experiences, and working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of tasks. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional support to guests and vendors via phone, email, and chat, leveraging AI-powered tools to deliver personalized experiences
* Screen potential guests and provide support to resolve issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
* Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with management via Slack
* Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
* Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
* Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
* Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
* Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Proficient in English with perfect grammar and communication skills
* Ability to work in CST and Eastern United States time zones
* Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
* Deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT for comprehensive guest messaging
* Ability to speak clearly on the phone and use a VoiP to communicate with guests and vendors
* Availability and reliability for part-time shifts (Thursday & Friday 3pm-11p CST) with potential for additional overnight shifts
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field
* Knowledge of business financials/accounting and ability to assist with onboard of accounting systems
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
* Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
