As a key member of our guest relations and operations support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless operations. If you're a highly skilled communicator with a passion for multitasking and problem-solving, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * **Guest Relations** + Provide comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers, leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT + Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, or messaging platforms + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional guest experiences + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms * **Company Tasks** + Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Work with business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems + Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management **Essential Qualifications** * **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, vendors, and management * **Multitasking**: Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Guesty, and Operto Teams * **Language Skills**: Fluent in English, with perfect grammar and spelling * **Availability**: Available and reliable in CST and Eastern United States time zones, with a flexible schedule to accommodate part-time and overnight shifts **Preferred Qualifications** * **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, guest relations, or a related field * **Knowledge**: Working knowledge of business financials/accounting and 3rd party vendor relations * **Certifications**: Certifications in customer service, hospitality, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, vendors, and management * **Problem-Solving**: Proven ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions * **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment * **Technical**: Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Guesty, and Operto Teams * **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * **Professional Development**: Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company * **Training and Support**: Comprehensive training and support to ensure success in the role * **Collaborative Environment**: Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals * **Flexible Schedule**: Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time and overnight shifts **Work Environment and Company Culture** * **Remote Work**: Opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home * **Flexible Schedule**: Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time and overnight shifts * **Collaborative Environment**: Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals * **arenaflex Culture**: arenaflex is a company that values innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
