**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced virtual customer service representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a guest relations and operations support specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple channels. **Key Responsibilities**
As a guest relations and operations support specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* **Guest Relations**
+ Providing exceptional support to our guests via phone, email, and chat
+ Leveraging AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to deliver personalized and engaging guest messaging
+ Screening potential guests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
+ Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
+ Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status through exceptional guest service
+ Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
* **Company Tasks**
+ Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
+ Submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
+ Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor
+ Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems
+ Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Language Skills**: Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills
* **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, and experience with Guesty and/or HostAI
* **Availability**: Available and reliable in CST and Eastern United States time zones
* **Availability**: Must be available to work Thursday and Friday, 3pm-11p CST, with the possibility of additional overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, guest relations, or a related field
* **Skills**: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* **Certifications**: Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or equivalent certification
