**Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:
* **Follow up on client cases**: Ensure that our customers receive the support they deserve by following up on client cases and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* **Provide technical support**: Use your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide guidance and support to customers as needed
* **Communicate effectively**: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
* **Meet performance metrics**: Meet performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* **Stay up-to-date with industry trends**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve customer experiences and drive business growth
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Computer and internet requirements**: You'll need a computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old), a USB headset and webcam, and at least one 15" or larger monitor. Your internet speed should be at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, and a direct Ethernet connection is preferred
* **Technical skills**: You'll need to have technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* **Customer service skills**: You'll need to have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, empathize with customers, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* **Physical and mental demands**: You'll need to be able to sit for extended periods of time, have manual dexterity, and type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy. A job like this also requires a quiet and distraction-free workspace
