**Job Summary**
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting remotely with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits from arenaflex. Your primary objective will be to consult with families, explain the options available, and help them select the best plan to fit their unique needs. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and a commitment to teamwork.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences
* Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
* Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their health and wellness goals
* Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation
* Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, responding promptly to client questions and concerns
* Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a remote or virtual environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to think outside the box
