**What will you do as a Virtual Customer Support Associate?**
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional support to customers, resolving their queries, and preventing issues
* Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers
* Working in a high-energy environment, multi-tasking, and adapting to changing situations
