**Key Responsibilities**
As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring timely and quality execution of tasks
* Verifying information provided by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-check information
* Completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our healthcare clients, including data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
* Utilizing voice and non-voice processes as required, adapting to process and information changes with ease
* Collaborating with our team to ensure high-quality results and contributing to the quality control process
* Performing additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales or customer service experience (a plus)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
* Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately
