**Work Environment Requirements**
To provide exceptional customer service, you'll need to work in a quiet, uninterrupted space with a dedicated desk area. This will ensure that you can focus on your work and provide the best possible experience for our clients.
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. We'll provide you with a contract outlining the terms of your agreement, and you'll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
