**Compensation and Benefits**

**Work from Home Technology Requirements**
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will need to meet certain technical requirements to ensure that you can provide high-quality service to our customers. These requirements include:
* A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
* A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
* A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
* Internet service provided by a cable or fiber internet service provider (ISP)
* ISP download speeds of at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
* A Chrome browser to run speed tests and validate ISP speeds
**Work from Home Location Requirements**
This role is 100% work from home, and we are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex work at home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories. Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California.
**Basic Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications:
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
