**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Exceeding customer expectations through proactive communication and problem-solving
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
* A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* At least 1 year of Financial Services experience or Banking experience
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Strong knowledge of banking products and services
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
**Schedule**
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:
* Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
* Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
* Schedules are adjusted per time zone
**Compensation**
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
* Minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location
* Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked

**Work from Home Location Requirements**
This role is 100% work from home.
