**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator - Card Account Servicing, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving complex issues and concerns related to card accounts, including disputes, refunds, and account maintenance
* Processing transactions, including payments, refunds, and account updates
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

**Essential Qualifications**
