**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
* Working from home, navigating multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating concerns to supervisors as needed
* Meeting performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
* Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10.0 MBPS and upload speed of 5.0 MBPS
* Computer with a current and supported MS Windows 10 or 11 Operating System, processor, 8GB RAM, and 10GB of free hard disk space
* Wired USB headset and keyboard with function keys (F-Keys)
* Webcams and dual monitors are recommended but not required
