**Job Summary**
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
* Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
* Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Take orders, verify information, and track packages

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
* Basic computer skills and experience with software applications
* Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and meet arenaflex's minimum technical requirements
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience working from home or in a remote environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
* Experience with upselling and cross-selling products
