As a remote part-time position, this role offers a competitive salary of $20 per hour and flexible working hours not exceeding 4 hours a day. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and analyzing service levels, forecasting call volume, and managing workforce scheduling to meet the demands of our customer base.
