**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Workforce Management Specialist to join our Amazon Customer Service WFM team. As a remote part-time position, this role offers a competitive salary of $20 per hour and flexible working hours not exceeding 4 hours a day. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and analyzing service levels, forecasting call volume, and managing workforce scheduling to meet the demands of our customer base. **Key Responsibilities**
* Monitor and analyze service levels, call volumes, and customer inquiries to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Create accurate forecasts and schedules that align with business needs, ensuring adequate staffing during peak times
* Collaborate with team leaders and customer service representatives to optimize staffing and provide exceptional service to our customers
* Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
* Train new employees on workforce management processes and tools
* Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in workforce management, customer service, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with workforce management software and tools, such as Workforce Management (WFM) systems
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Certification in workforce management or a related field
* Experience with Amazon's WFM system or similar tools
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Tableau
