As an Expert Success Representative/Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our experts feel valued, understood, and empowered to succeed. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. **Responsibilities** As an Expert Success Representative/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing best-in-class support to our experts, resolving any issues they may face with enthusiasm and efficiency * Helping experts understand the features and benefits of arenaflex, enhancing their ability to make informed recommendations * Collecting and reporting feedback from experts to continuously improve our offerings and their experience * Effectively communicating via telephone, live chat, and email to educate experts about products and services * Ensuring expert satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns, or needs * Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse group of experts, ensuring they feel valued and understood * Facilitating and growing new expert sign-up * Administering internal support tools and development projects * Serving as the voice of the experts within the organization, advocating for changes that enhance their experience and engagement **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people * Strong technical aptitude and the ability to type 65 wpm plus * Creative problem-solving skills * Strong interest in working in a creative, fast-paced, start-up environment * Self-motivation and proactivity * Strong internet skills and proficiency with MS Office * Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask **Ideal Candidate Will Have** * 2-3 years of customer service and support work experience * Bachelor's degree or pursuing **The Benefits Of Being On The arenaflex Team** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy: * Medical, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, and long-term disability * Paid maternity and paternity leave * 401K (with match) * Freedom to work from all 50 states.
