Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and 9 years of experience
- Associates degree and 7 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience
- Master's degree and 3 years of experience
- Advanced communication skills to convey complex clinical information to diverse audiences
- Acumen to achieve or exceed targets in a competitive pharmaceutical environment
- Technical and scientific proficiency to understand the therapeutic area, disease states, treatment protocols, and competitive landscape
- Cultural awareness, empathy, and sensitivity to address needs across diverse customers
- Collaborative matrix teamwork and leadership skills to lead within a cross-functional matrix environment
