Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Maintenance Engineer to provide hardware support to customers 13 hours a day, 7 days a week. The role involves attending maintenance visits, responding to calls, and managing assets. The service team works 9-hour shifts, six days on and then 3 days off, with rotating shift blocks.
What You Will Do
Attending maintenance visits, responding to calls, responsible for asset management, providing accurate and timely call closure and stock reporting, attending proactive maintenance and installation visits.
Why It Might Be a Fit
