We're looking for a highly analytical, systems-minded Financial Analyst to serve as the financial architect of a growing private club organization.

This is not a transactional accounting role. You will operate as a high-level individual contributor responsible for building financial clarity, modernizing reporting systems, and partnering with operational leaders to drive disciplined, data-driven decisions.

You will report directly to executive leadership and provide structured financial insights that support long-term sustainability, capital planning, and operational performance. The goal is to transition from reactive reporting to a structured, systems-first operating model.
