Salary – $120,000 – $150,000 + OTE ($250,000 – $300,000+) + Equity + 401K + PTO + Healthcare Insurance
Are you an experienced Account Executive with a track record of closing enterprise deals, looking to join a high-growth AI start-up at the forefront of the E-commerce and retail industry?
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the full sales cycle within a rapidly scaling company, selling a proven AI-driven platform to leading retail brands while helping shape the go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
As a Founding Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales process from initial outreach through to close, working closely with leadership, product, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact solutions to enterprise clients.

The Role:
• Own full-cycle sales from prospecting through to close
• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise retail clients
• Lead discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations
• Develop strategic account plans and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Work cross-functionally with product and customer success teams The Person:
• Proven experience closing enterprise B2B SaaS deals
• Background selling into retail, e-commerce, or digital merchandising teams
• Experience managing full sales cycles from outreach to signature
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
