What You'll Do
• Design, run, and iterate on growth experiments across product, marketing, and distribution channels
• Assist in prepping sales strategy for big meetings, as well as in the procurement of follow-up materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, etc.)
• Assist in building the growth playbook - from identifying channels to creating scalable systems
• Define and track north-star growth metrics (e.g., signups, activation rate, retention, referral loops)
• Run outbound and inbound campaigns, testing messaging, positioning, and targeting
• Partner directly with the founding team to translate customer insights into product and GTM decisions
• Manage early marketing channels (content, paid, partnerships, community, SEO — whatever works)
