We're now poised to scale, and are ready to hire our "Founding SDRs" to lead the outbound charge.
Role Description
This is not an "email and wait" job. This is a phone-heavy, high-grit, high-reward role for someone who wants to outwork the room and move into a BDR role within 6 months with a boost in pay. The job will include:
• Contacting shop owners to tell them about Olelo Intelligence
• Setting up demos that include a no-obligation, free trial period
Variable comp is based on both completed demos, and closed deals. Conversion is high, you just need to get in front of these busy small business owners.
