Job Description:
• Support our Experience Department on upcoming B2B website and digital experience projects
• Deliver research that shapes decisions to help teams and clients understand users
• Reduce risk and make confident experience choices
• Work across a mix of B2B projects including website rebuilds, UX audits, user testing, and CRO research
• Provide retainer-based research support and mini audits
• Synthesize research into actionable insights
Requirements:
• Experienced user researcher with a strong track record delivering practical, insight-led research for B2B websites and digital experiences
• Experience conducting user interviews with buyers, decision-makers, and end users
• Ability to identify meaningful patterns around motivations, barriers, language, and trust
• Comfortable running website user testing across live sites, prototypes, and wireframes
• Experience conducting competitor analysis and UX heuristic reviews
• Understanding of CRO and optimisation in B2B contexts
• Highly skilled at synthesising research into clear outputs that designers, strategists, and clients can act on
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in agency environments
