About The Role We are seeking a skilled React JS Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our proprietary applications that support clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle functions.
Your expertise will help ensure our software solutions are efficient, reliable, and scalable, directly impacting patient care and organizational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and clinical staff, to translate complex requirements into functional, user-friendly interfaces. A strong commitment to quality, performance, and innovative problem-solving is essential for success in this position.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in front-end development, specifically with React JS, and have experience working with API ecosystems. Familiarity with the .NET framework and exposure to related technologies such as WPF, MVC, or Angular is advantageous.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, reusable library development, and web security principles, including JWT tokens. Knowledge of relational databases like Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL is required, along with proficiency in version control tools such as CVS, VSS, or TFS.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins, is a plus. Prior exposure to EMR and claims processing systems is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates must be analytical, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be capable of writing clean, maintainable code.
Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include translating user stories and use cases into functional application modules, designing and implementing efficient React JS components, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. You will develop new tools and modules aimed at improving clinician productivity and patient care, as well as enhance analytics components to support revenue optimization.
Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement of our mobile applications for iOS and Android, integrating new features to support field personnel and physicians. Data modeling to support various business and operational scenarios, along with adherence to best practices in scalable application design, will be essential.
You will also participate in team collaborations, promote a customer service-oriented mindset, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Regular attendance and active participation in team efforts are expected.
