Requirements
- Design and implement complete full stack features (backend + frontend).
- Develop backend APIs primarily using PHP (MVC frameworks).
- Contribute to Node.js services when applicable.
- Build and enhance Angular (2+) web applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Optimize and maintain relational databases (MySQL or similar).
- Refactor legacy components to improve maintainability and performance.
- Improve automated test coverage when applicable.
- Participate actively in code reviews.
- Deliver committed sprint work independently.
- Maintain consistent sprint velocity without heavy supervision.
