In this prestigious role, you will serve as a dedicated reservations and customer support specialist for Singapore Airlines, assisting German-speaking travellers with their flight bookings, itinerary changes, and aviation-related enquiries.
What You Will Do
Handle inbound reservations enquiries from German-speaking customers via telephone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and professional assistance in alignment with Singapore Airlines' world-class service standards. Process flight bookings, ticket amendments, cancellations, and rebookings within the airline's reservation systems.

Native or fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role. A solid command of English (spoken and written) is required for internal communication and operational purposes. Previous experience in customer service, reservations, travel, or the Airlines / Aviation industry is highly advantageous.
