Google Ads Media Buyer (eCommerce / DTC / Performance Max) – Remote

Google Ads Media Buyer (eCommerce) Pay: $1,000 – $2,000 USD/month base (depending on experience) + Monthly Performance Bonuses Top performers earn $3,000+ USD/month Job Type: Full-Time / Remote About Us More Than Scaling is a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping eCommerce and DTC brands scale profitably through Google Ads. We’re looking for a high-performing Google Ads Media Buyer who knows how to build, optimize, and scale campaigns — not just maintain them. This role is for someone who: • Thinks strategically and executes fast • Understands performance metrics deeply • Can take ownership of accounts and drive measurable results • Is obsessed with testing, optimization, and scaling What You’ll Do • Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across: • Search • Shopping • Performance Max • Display • YouTube / Video • Dynamic Remarketing • Manage and scale budgets across multiple accounts • Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR, CVR, and other KPIs • Perform account audits and identify opportunities for growth • Optimize and troubleshoot product feeds inside Google Merchant Center, including feed rules and supplemental feeds • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using: • Google Tag Manager (GTM) • GA4 • Platform integrations • Collaborate with internal teams on: • Landing pages • Creative strategy • Copy improvements • Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance • Stay updated on Google Ads trends, platform updates, and policy changes Must-Have Experience Please only apply if you meet ALL of the following: ✅ 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience ✅ Managed at least $100,000+ USD/month in ad spend OR $1M+ annually ✅ Strong experience managing eCommerce / DTC brands ✅ Strong hands-on experience with Shopping and Performance Max campaigns ✅ Experience with Google Merchant Center, including feed optimization, feed rules, and supplemental feeds ✅ Experience with dynamic remarketing campaigns ✅ Strong understanding of GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking ✅ Experience setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking ✅ Strong English communication skills ✅ Able to work during overlap hours with EST team (8 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 5 PM EST) This role is specifically focused on eCommerce Google Ads. Candidates with primarily lead generation experience or limited hands-on experience with Shopping/PMax/feed optimization are unlikely to be a fit.
