About the Project
I’m the founder of ClearCoach Academy (CCA), a coaching certification and training platform for youth sports coaches. We’re at the stage where we need to take our existing logo and build a complete, professional brand kit from the ground up.
I have a logo in PNG format. I need a skilled graphic designer to recreate it in true vector format and deliver a full brand system ready for digital, social, and web use.
A detailed Brand Kit Brief will be provided upon engagement — it outlines every deliverable, file format, and folder structure expected at delivery.
What You’ll Deliver
• Vector source files (.ai, .eps, or .svg) for the primary logo, shield icon, and wordmark
• Logo variations — full color, reversed (white), monochrome, on-color backgrounds
• Social media assets sized for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and YouTube (profile pictures, banners, post templates)
• Watermark / bug (low-opacity PNG for video overlays)
• Favicon set (16px, 32px, 180px Apple touch)
• Brand color palette documentation (Hex, RGB, CMYK, Pantone)
• Brand guidelines PDF (clear space, minimum sizes, do’s and don’ts)
• All files organized in a clean, labeled folder structure per the brief
You’re a Great Fit If You
• Have strong experience building brand systems from raster-to-vector conversions
• Deliver clean, production-ready vector files — not just exports
• Are detail-oriented about file naming, organization, and handoff
• Can provide a clear quote and realistic timeline upfront
• Have portfolio examples of logo systems or brand kit work
Project Details
• Budget: Open to proposals — please include your quote and estimated timeline
• Timeline: Looking to move quickly with the right candidate
• An IP Assignment Agreement (work-for-hire) will be required before work begins
• All rights transfer to ClearCoach Academy, LLC upon completion and payment
