Job Description:
• Own end-to-end channel expansion: research, prioritize, launch, and iterate across paid and partnership-based channels
• Shape the innovative channel roadmap
• Apply strong marketing fundamentals across varied and novel channel contexts
• Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations
• Design and execute rigorous experiments
• Analyze performance across full-funnel metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations
• Partner with product, data, and creative teams to build infrastructure and assets
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
• Meaningful exposure across multiple channels (paid social, affiliates, direct mail, emerging platforms, or similar)
• Consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent) preferred
• Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers (bidding, targeting, creative, and landing page optimization)
• Strong quantitative analytical ability working with full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality)
• Genuine creative acumen
• Excited about applying AI tools to accelerate marketing work
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with an ownership mentality
