About the role
We are seeking a skilled GTM and Legal Systems Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our organization. The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Docusign CLM implementations, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions across our customer relationship management and contract lifecycle management operations.
What You'll Do
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across sales, legal, operations, and finance departments
Configure and customize Salesforce solutions including CRM core, Sales Cloud, and related modules to meet organizational needs
Design and implement Docusign CLM workflows, template management, and signature processes
Facilitate integration between Salesforce and Docusign CLM platforms to streamline contract management and CRM processes
Create detailed functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides
Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Provide end-user training and support during system implementations and post-deployment
Analyze and optimize existing CRM and CLM processes to improve efficiency, user adoption, and business outcomes
What You'll Bring
3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Salesforce Administrator/Developer
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and implementation
Demonstrated proficiency with Docusign CLM, including AI features, template creation, workflow design, and system configuration
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Nice-to-have
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or higher-level certification
Experience with Salesforce Integration Cloud (MuleSoft) or equivalent integration/orchestration platforms or API integrations
Familiarity with other contract management or CLM platforms
Knowledge of legal processes, compliance requirements, or regulatory frameworks
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
