Role Overview – Guest Experience Captain

The Guest Experience Captain is the primary point of contact for guests as they enter, explore, and depart from our venue. You will lead a team of front‑of‑house associates, coordinate with back‑of‑house staff, and collaborate with management to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere.
