Job Description:
• Monitor daily performance of a large Federal Health Information Exchange
• Conduct performance metrics analysis of internal and external partner electronic message traffic
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvements for network performance
• Engage with client stakeholders and system managers to improve network routing efficiency
• Create reports or “scorecards” for interoperability performance and quality issues
Requirements:
• 2 - 5 years' experience required for this role
• Working understanding of development cycles and user acceptance testing
• Working knowledge of interoperability industry standards (HL7, Sequoia, CareQuality)
• Experience leveraging system monitoring tools (Excel, Access, Power BI, InterSystems DeepSee, Splunk)
• Experience in stakeholder communications between Business and IT
• Experience in Requirement specification for Development, UAT processes, and reporting issues to customer support.
• Experience using industry standard DEV / UAT testing tools for messaging.
