Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Special Needs Healthcare Customer Advisor to join our nationally‑distributed Family Engagement Center. In this role, you will serve as a trusted ally for members and their families who are navigating the challenges of special‑needs care. You will provide end‑to‑end support—answering questions, resolving complex benefit issues, and connecting families with community resources—through phone, email, chat, and text channels.
